Olohuoneesta pääsee suurelle terassille, jolta on upeat näkymät kattoharjanteille ja vuorille. Talvella täällä saa aamuauringon ja myöhäisen iltapäiväauringon, ja kesällä käytännössä koko päivän auringon. Terassille mahtuu ruokapöytä, sohvaryhmä, grilli ja aurinkotuolit.
Meri ja Paseo Marítimo ovat vain kahden korttelin päässä, ja kaikki Fuengirolan tarjoamat palvelut ovat kävelyetäisyydellä: rautatieasema, ravintolat ja kaupat.
Asunnossa on varastotila matkalaukkujen, siivousvälineiden ym. säilyttämiseen.
Asunto sijaitsee neljännessä kerroksessa, eikä talossa ole hissiä.
Welcome to this bright open apartment, a stone's throw from the sea in Fuengirola!
The apartment offers two bedrooms with A/C and a newly renovated bathroom, where the washing machine is located. The kitchen and living room are integrated and are very bright. There is also an A/C in the living room.
From the living room we go out onto the large terrace with fantastic views of the roof ridges and the mountains. Here we get morning sun and late afternoon sun in winter and in summer practically all day. There is room for a dining table, sofa group, barbecue and sun loungers.
It is only two blocks down to the sea and Paseo Maritimo and walking distance to everything that Fuengirola has to offer: train station, restaurants and shops.
The apartment has a storage room for storing suitcases, cleaning supplies, etc.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor and does not offer a lift.
