Hurmaava 3 makuuhuoneen Finca upeilla näkymillä Monda-linnalle
Maalaistalomme, joka sijaitsee lähellä Rio Casarinia Mondassa, tarjoaa 2 kahden hengen makuuhuonetta ja 1 kylpyhuoneen (mahdollisuus lisätä vielä 16 m2 kylpyhuone toiselle puolelle taloa, perustukset ovat jo valmiina, samoin kaikki putkistot ja sähkötyöt). Tällä hetkellä finca on rakennettu 99 m2, mutta voit laajentaa toiselle puolelle ja olohuoneen yläpuolelle lisätäksesi vielä yhden makuuhuoneen, jolloin kokonaispinta-ala on 173 m2.
Kun kävelet pääfincan luo uima-altaan ohi, sinut vastaanottaa pitkä patio, joka kiertää fincan ja johtaa patio-oville, joista pääset olohuoneeseen, tai voit valita kiivetä neljä askelmaa, jotka johtavat pääovelle. Täällä löydät katetun terassin, jossa voit istua ja nauttia täydellisestä varjosta. Aidan vierellä kasvaa jasmiinia, ruusuja ja kieloja, jotka tuovat ihanan tuoksun yöllä.
Fincassa on kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta ja yksi kylpyhuone, avokeittiö ruokailutilalla, runsaasti säilytystilaa ja kaksi kaarta, jotka johtavat olohuoneeseen ja tarjoavat myös pääsyn patiolle. Olohuoneessa on upouusi 14 kW puulämmitteinen takka (ostettu vuonna 2025), joka lämmittää talon koko talven ajan. Lisäksi siellä on 2 ilmastointilaitetta, yksi päämakuuhuoneessa ja toinen olohuoneessa. Fincassa on kaikissa ikkunoissa hyttysverkot ja pimennysverhot.
Talo oli alun perin pieni ulkorakennus, jossa on monia maurilaisia piirteitä, jotka ovat edelleen nähtävissä. Vuonna 2003 taloa laajennettiin nykyiseen 99 m2 kokoon, ja ulkotilaa sekä patioita on yhteensä 353 m2, mukaan lukien ajotie.
Uima-allas - 8x5 m2
Remontoimme uima-altaan vuonna 2026, samoin putket ja pumpun. Allas on maalattu valinnan mukaan, sillä vuosien varrella olemme maalanneet altaan monissa eri väreissä, mutta se voidaan myös laatoittaa haluttaessa. Altaan ympärillä on kuusia, ja molemmin puolin kukkapenkit, palmu, appelsiini-, greippi- ja oliivipuita. Jotkut niistä ovat yli sata vuotta vanhoja!
Altaan suihku ja WC
Sijaitsee lähellä uima-altaan päätä ja siinä on japanilainen kyykky-wc, joka on liitetty saostussäiliöön. Tämä söpö altaan suihku sisältää myös käsintehdyn pesualtaan, joka on valmistettu takapihan mimosa-puun oksasta. Teak-lattia mahdollistaa veden valumisen puutarhaan, jonka päällä se ylpeänä seisoo. Löydät tämän altaan suihkun kävellessäsi altaalle; se on hyvin piilotettu, sillä se sijaitsee jakarandan ja marokkolaisen aamu-unikon alla, ja aprikoosipuu kasvaa hiljaa puuseinäisen aidan toisella puolella.
Varasto - 50 m2 asuintilaa
Varastossa on keittiö, olohuone, 1 suuri makuuhuone (4x3 m) sekä ulkopatio ja lisäkatettu istuinalue, josta on upeat näkymät Monda-linnalle. Varastossa on myös takka makuuhuoneessa viihtyisiin talvi-iltoihin, ja se riittää lämmittämään koko varaston talvella. Asensimme uuden ilmastointilaitteen heinäkuussa 2026.
Pysäköintialue
Tämä alue on kehitetty viiden auton pysäköintiin, se on rakennettu sorapohjalle kovapohjalla, ja sitä ympäröivät kypsät kasvit; jasmiini, bignonioita, sitruuna- ja appelsiinipuita. Mahdollisuus lisätä katettu kuisti pysäköintialueen päälle; vuosien varrella olemme asentaneet purjevarjostimia.
Eläimet
Kun lähestyt varastoa pääportilta, kohtaat eläinten talot. Olemme hoitaneet monia lintuja vuosien varrella, kanoista guineihin ja jopa pelastamiimme ja kasvattamiimme ankkoihin! Meillä on kolme lintujen yösuojaa, ja viiden tangon portti erottaa ihmisten asuinalueen eläinten alueesta. Tämä sijaitsee myös vihannespenkin vieressä, jossa pistatsiapuut on istutettu.

Kasvihuone, puutarhat ja lammikot
Kun astut kiinteistölle pääsähköporttien kautta, näet kasvihuoneen, joka on kiinnitetty vihannespenkkiin, sekä kolme lammikkoa, joissa asustavat sammakot, kalat ja kilpikonnat. Mantelipuut sijaitsevat tässä puutarhan osassa, ja talvella keräämme vettä kasvihuoneen katolta puutarhan kastelua varten kuumina kuukausina. Tässä puutarhan osassa on myös permakulttuuri-kuoppa, johon laitamme vuosittaiset leikkausjätteet syksyllä, talvella ja keväällä mätänemään – kuoppa on 2 m syvä ja halkaisijaltaan 1,2 m. Tämä kuoppa mädättää kaikki puutarhan jätteet ja kerää talvella vettä (hidastaa sadeveden valumista ja antaa sen imeytyä syvälle maahan sen sijaan, että se valuu pois ja vie mukanaan pintamaata), se ruokkii kaikkia ympärillä olevia kasveja ja estää kasveja kuivumasta.
Permakulttuuri
Oman talomme omistamisen 20 vuoden aikana olemme kiinnittäneet erityistä huomiota maahan ja erityisesti veden keräämiseen kestävyyden varmistamiseksi. Koko tontti on multattu viiden vuoden aikana ja sitten pintamaa palautettu, jotta maa pidättää vettä ja kosteutta pidempään kuin muut markkinoilla olevat kiinteistöt.
Kaikki vesi-, sähkö- ja viemäriliitännät ovat täysin uusia ja asennettu siten, että seuraava omistaja voi huoltaa niitä ongelmitta. Kaikki vesiputket ovat uusia, ja kiinnikkeet on päivitetty muovista messinkiin.

Charming 3 Bedroom Finca with Stunning Views to Monda Castle
Our country house, located near Rio Casarin in Monda offers 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with scope to add a further 16m2 bathroom on one side of the house, the foundation is already in place, along with all the plumbing and electrics). Currently the finca is built at 99m2 but you can extend down one side and above the lounge to add a further bedroom, giving a total of 173m2.
As you wander up to the main finca past the swimming pool, you are greeted by a long patio which wraps around the finca leading to patio doors where you have access to the living room or you can choose to meander up the 4 steps which lead to the front door, here you will find a covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy in complete shade, there is a jasmine, rose and honeysuckle growing along this fence-line, giving a wonderful aroma at night.
The finca features two double bedrooms and one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen with dining area, plenty of storage and two arches which lead into the lounge and also provides access to the patio. The living room features a brand new 14KW log burner (bought in 2025) which sustains the house all winter. There are also 2 air conditioning units, one in the main bedroom and the other in the living room. The finca boasts fitted mosquito blinds in all the windows, along with black out blinds.
The house was originally a small outbuilding with many Moorish features, those features still remain today, in 2003 the house was extended to what it currently is today - 99m2, with 353m2 of outdoor space and patios, including the driveway.
The Swimming Pool - 8x5m2
We renovated the swimming pool in 2026, along with the pipes and the pump. This pool is painted by choice as over the years we have had the pool in many various colours, this can be tiled if preferred. The pool is surrounded by fir trees, and two flower beds on either side, a palm tree, orange, grapefruit and olive trees. Some of which are over one hundred years old!
The Pool Shower & Toilet
This is located close to the end of the swimming pool and features a Japanese squat toilet which is plumbed into the septic tank. This cute pool shower also features a sink which was hand crafted from a limb off the Mimosa tree in the back garden. The teak floor allows drainage onto the garden which it proudly sits. You will find this pool shower as you meander up to the pool, it is well hidden as it is nestled under a Jacaranda and a Moroccan Morning Glory, an Apricot tree quietly grows up one side of the wooden clad wall
The Shed - 50m2 of Living Space
The shed features a kitchen, living room, 1 large bedroom (4x3m) and an outside patio and additional covered seating area, this offers great views to Monda Castle. The shed also hosts a fireplace in the bedroom for those cosy winter nights and is ample to run the whole shed during winter. We installed a brand new air conditioning unit in July 2026.
The Car Park
This space has been developed to hold 5 cars, it is of gravel construction with hardcore underneath, surrounded by mature plants; jasmine, bignonias, lemon and orange trees. There is scope to add a covered porch over the car park, over the years we have erected sail shades.
The Animals
As you approach the shed from the main gate, we meet the animal houses, this is where we have looked after many birds over the years from chickens, to guineas and even ducks that we have rescued and raised! We have three houses for our birds for night time protection, we feature a five bar gate which separates human living from animal living and this is located next to a vegetable plot where the pistachios are also planted.

The Greenhouse, Gardens and Ponds
As you enter the property through the main electric gates, we feature a greenhouse attached to a vegetable plot and three ponds which are home to frogs, fish and terrapins. The almonds trees are located in this section of the garden and during the winter we collect water from the roof of the greenhouse to service the garden during the hotter months, this section of the garden also features a permaculture pit, this is where we place all our yearly trimmings during the autumn, winter and spring and leave to mulch - this hole is 2m deep and 1.2m diameter. As this pit mulches all the garden trimmings and then collects water during winter (this slows down the rain water and allows it to get deep into the ground rather than running off and taking top soil with it) it feeds all the plants surrounding it and keeps plants from drying up.
Permaculture
Over the past 20 years of owning this house we have paid particular attention to the land and especially water collection for sustainability, the whole plot has been mulched over a period of 5 years and then top soil placed back so the ground holds water and moisture for longer than other properties on the market.
All water, electricity and sewage connections are brand new and laid out in a manner that the next owner can maintain without issue. All water pipes are brand new along with the fixings which have been upgraded from plastic to brass.
