Llubí on pieni, viehättävä kylä Mallorcan sydämessä, erityisesti tunnettu laadukkaasta oliiviöljystään. This authentic Majorcan country house on a large colorful plot in heart of the village of Llubí is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can pick your own lemons for the table.
On entering the dwelling there is a large lobby area and a charming living room with a amazing fireplace room. Downstairs, the large kitchen and dining area is perfect to host a large family. Just opening the charming glass doors it is easy to create a smooth transition between indoors and outdoors. Not only is there plenty of storage space in the kitchen and a separate laundry room: from this cozy space there is a beautiful view of the swimming pool with a barbecue area to spend time al fresco.
On the first floor there are two large bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. High ceilings with wooden beams dotate the spaces with a warm ambience. The master bedroom opens onto a large 15 sqm balcony from which to admire the village views. There is still more space as a white canvas to create a study, a playroom or just a chill out corner.
The house is in pristine condition and ready to move in. The convenient garage of some 35 sqm can also work as storage for bicycles, motos etc.
Llubí is a small, picturesque village in the heart of Mallorca, specially known for the quality of its olive oil. All is near by and the beach is barely a 30 min drive: the long, white and golden sand and cristal clear beaches in Alcúdia, for instance, as well as the international airport.
