Hurmaava ja hyvin pidetty yksitasoinen huvila rauhallisella Campo Mijasin alueella, vain 3 km Fuengirolan rannalta. Huvila on erittäin yksityinen, ja siinä on mukava uima-allasalue baarilla sekä suuret terassialueet. Puutarha on helppohoitoinen, sillä se on pääosin kivetyllä alueella, mutta siellä on myös kauniita kukkapenkkejä useine hedelmäpuiden, kuten passionhedelmän, sitruunan, appelsiinin, granaattiomenan, mangon ja makeiden espanjalaisten "nisperos"-hedelmien kanssa.
Astumme huvilaaan tervetulleeksi eteiseen, jossa on vaatekaappi. Vasemmalla avautuu olohuone, jossa on tilaa oleskeluryhmälle, ruokapöydälle ja takalle, ja sen vieressä on hyväkokoiset keittiö saarekkeella ja ruokailutilalla. Keittiöstä pääsee uima-allasalueen sosiaalisiin tiloihin, ja takaportti johtaa pyykkihuoneeseen ja työkaluvajaan, joka sijaitsee talon takana. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu, myös viinikaapilla.
Jos sen sijaan käännymme eteisestä oikealle, löydämme makuutilat, joissa on 2 pienempää makuuhuonetta, suihkulla varustettu kylpyhuone ja suuri päämakuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja runsaasti vaatekaappitilaa. Sisäkäytävässä on myös sisäänrakennetut vaatekaapit.
Huvila sijaitsee yhden kerroksen verran kadun yläpuolella. Kadun tasolla on yksityinen autotalli yhdelle autolle.
Kävelyetäisyydellä on pieni supermarket, pizzeria, kahvila ja apteekki, ja 1,5–2 km päässä talosta on useita suurempia supermarketteja ja lisää palveluita. Fuengirolan keskustaan kävelee noin 25 minuutissa.
Talossa on hälytysjärjestelmä ja ilmastointi kaikissa kolmessa makuuhuoneessa. Täytyy nähdä!

Charming and well-maintained villa on one level in the quiet area of Campo Mijas only 3 km from the beach in Fuengirola. The villa is very private with a nice pool area with bar and large terrace areas. The garden is easy to maintain as it is mostly paved with stones but with nice flower beds with several fruit trees such as passion fruit, lemon, orange, pomegranate, mango and sweet, Spanish "nisperos".
We enter the villa into a welcoming hall with wardrobe. To the left the living room opens up with space for a lounge group, dining table and fireplace and next to it we find the good-sized kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. From the kitchen you can access the social areas by the pool and there is also a back door to the laundry room and the tool shed which is located at the back of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with a wine cooler.
If we instead take the right from the hall we find the sleeping area with 2 smaller bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and the large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. The inner hall also has built-in wardrobes.
The villa is located one floor up from the street. At street level there is a private garage with space for 1 car.
Within walking distance there is a small supermarket, pizzeria, café and pharmacy and between 1.5 -2 km from the house there are several larger supermarkets and more services. It takes about 25 minutes to walk down to the center of Fuengirola.
The house is equipped with an alarm and air conditioning in all three bedrooms. Must see!
