Altaalle pääsee myös ensimmäisestä kerroksesta portaita pitkin. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on tilava avoin keittiö, joka on varustettu kaikilla tarvittavilla sisäänrakennetuilla kodinkoneilla sekä saareke baarialueella. Keittiö yhdistyy valoiseen, viihtyisään olohuoneeseen. Keittiön toiselta puolelta on pääsy upealle patiolle, jossa on sisäänrakennettu grilli.
Täällä voit nauttia iltapäivän ja illan auringosta.
Olohuoneesta pääsee terassille – erittäin tilavalle terassille, jolta on upea näkymä vuorille, uudelle Gran Parque Mijas -puistolle, Fuengirolalle, merelle ja jopa Sierra Nevadalle kirkkaana päivänä!
Toisessa kerroksessa on päämakuuhuone kylpyhuoneella ja suurella vaatekaapilla. Tässä kerroksessa on myös kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta, jotka jakavat kylpyhuoneen. Kaikista kolmesta makuuhuoneesta on pääsy suurelle terassille, jolta on jälleen upea näkymä.

Beautiful detached villa with fantastic views!!
This lovely detached villa is located in Jardines del Aguila and just a 5-minute drive from Fuengirola and 6 minutes from La Cala de Mijas.
The villa is within walking distance of Cerros del Aguila, about 7 minutes, where you will find a small supermarket, a bar, and various (takeaway) restaurants.
From the street side, you enter the property which is behind a gated entrance. The villa is also secured with a Verisure alarm system.
Once on the property, there is a garage that can accommodate 2 cars.
Inside the villa, on the ground floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and both bedrooms have their own bathroom. On this floor, there is also a utility room. Furthermore, the ground floor provides access to the swimming pool. There is also a separate toilet with a shower, directly accessible from the pool. Everything has been thoughtfully considered!!
