Tämä perinteinen finca on yhdellä tasolla ja siinä on kodikas maalaismainen mutta moderni tunnelma, monissa huoneissa on holvikattoja ja palkkeja, jotka pitävät talon viileänä kesäkuukausina. Suuri olo-/ruokailutila on valoisa ja raikas kesällä, ja satunnaisina viileämpinä talvi-iltoina voit nauttia myös avotulesta. Se on tasapainoinen yhdistelmä kodikasta maalaismaista tunnelmaa ja valoisuutta modernien kylpyhuoneiden ja kirkkaan keittiön kanssa, joka yhdistyy olohuoneeseen. Finca on suunnattu itään, etelään ja länteen, ja jokaisesta ikkunasta on upeat näkymät.
Päätalossa on 3 makuuhuonetta, joista yksi on oma kylpyhuone ja oma sisäänkäynti takana, sekä lisäksi kylpyhuone ja vieras-wc. Siellä on myös toimisto, joka voidaan muuttaa pienemmäksi makuuhuoneeksi.
Vierastalossa on vielä 2 makuuhuonetta ja toinen kylpyhuone. Fincassa on myös keskuslämmitys useimmissa huoneissa tarvittaessa. Katolla on aurinkopaneelit sisäuima-allasalueella. Sisäuima-altaasta voi nauttia lämpimämpinä kuukausina, sillä ikkunat avautuvat kaikilta sivuilta upeiden näkymien ihailuun, ja siellä on myös suihku ja jacuzzi nautittavaksi. Tilaa on runsaasti myös käyttää tätä aluetta kuntosalina.
Fincalla on laajat kypsät puutarhat, joissa on monia alueita ja nurkkia rauhalliseen aamun aloitukseen tai viilentävän juoman kanssa päivän päätteeksi auringonlaskua katsellen. Grillausalue tarjoaa loistavan paikan ystävien ja perheen viihdyttämiseen. Muut kumpuilevat tontin osat levittäytyvät terassimaisille tasoille.
Finca on erittäin kätevästi sijoitettu. 5-7 minuutissa voit nauttia yhdestä Andalusian kauneimmista valkoiseksi kalkituista kylistä, Mijas Pueblosta. 25 minuutissa saavutat rannan ja Fuengirolan, suuren kaupungin, jossa on kaikki mukavuudet ja palvelut. Kätevyyden vuoksi voit myös ottaa junan täältä, joka vie sinut useisiin muihin rannikkokohteisiin sekä lentokentälle ja Malagan kaupunkiin, mikä tarjoaa hienon päivänviettopaikan.

This traditional feel finca is on one level and has a cosy rustic but modern feel with vaulted and beamed ceilings in many of the rooms, which keep the house cool in the summer months. The large living/dining area is light and fresh in the summer and during those occasional cooler evenings during the winter months you can enjoy the open fire as well. It's a well balanced mix of a cosy rustic feel yet light with modern touches in the bathrooms and a bright kitchen which connects to the living area. The finca faces east south and west with great views to enjoy from every window.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with a own entrance in the back and a further bathroom and guest toilet. There is also an office, which can be converted into a smaller bedroom.
There are another 2 bedrooms in the guest house which also has another bathroom. The finca also has central heating in most of the rooms, when needed. There are also solar panels on the roof of the indoor pool area. The indoor pool can be enjoyed during the warmer months with windows that open from all sides to enjoy the fabulous views and there is also a shower and a jacuzzi enjoy. There is plenty of space to also use this area as a gym.
The finca has extensive mature gardens with many areas and corners to relax quietly in the morning to start your day, or with a cool drink at the end of the day and watch the sunset. The BBQ area provides a great area to entertain friends and family. The rest of the undulating plot is spread over terraced levels.
The finca is very conveniently placed. Within 5-7 minutes you can be enjoying one of the most beautiful white washed villages in Andalucia, Mijas Pueblo. Within 25 minutes you reach the beach and Fuengirola, a large town with all amenities and facilities to enjoy. For convenience you can also catch the train here which takes you to various other coastal resorts and on to the airport and Malaga city itself for a great day out.
