Kiinteistössä on 8 aurinkopaneelia ja 2 litiumakkua sekä generaattori (generaattoria tarvitaan harvoin, noin 11 kertaa viimeisen 2,5 vuoden aikana). HUOMAA. Uusien omistajien on mahdollista liittää kiinteistö sähköverkkoon, jos he niin haluavat.
Veden toimitus 3 000 litraa maksaa 55 €. Talvella omistaja tilaa vettä 4–6 viikon välein, kesällä toimitus tapahtuu 3–4 viikon välein (omistajalla on paljon kasveja).
