This villa is accessed via automated gates which open onto the parking area and carport. Here there is more than enough space to park 3 cars very comfortable. This parking area is set just a little lower than the main front garden of the villa, making it discreet and screening the cars from the view from inside the villa. The front garden is incredible. Just under 1300 square meters of garden which is exceptionally well thought out and landscaped to give a very elegant design. The front lawn is beautifully smooth and it's perimeter features a variety of shrubs and bushes which frame the aspect of the garden when sitting on the terrace.
