It's in the Golf Valley in Nueva Andalucía, on a frontline golf plot, so you look out over the fairway, the sea and the mountain all at once. The architecture is Mediterranean with some contemporary Balinese touches. It feels slow and unhurried, but it's still Marbella.
Inside, the plan is open and the colours are neutral. The walls stay quiet so the view can do the talking. Big glass doors open onto roomy terraces, so light moves through the main rooms all day and the outside works as another living space. The kitchen's modern, with the latest appliances, and it sits in the open plan. Whoever's cooking is still part of the conversation, and still has the view.
Five bedrooms. The master suite opens onto its own terrace and has a walk in wardrobe and a bathroom you'll want to hang around in. Coffee out there while the course is still quiet? Good argument for the whole house.
