This is what this villa was designed around. Not the square footage. Not the amenities. The view.
The architecture understands this implicitly.
Clean, modern lines follow the natural contours of the plot rather than imposing upon them. Wall-to-ceiling glass dissolves the boundary between inside and outside, flooding every room with southern light. Nothing here shouts. Everything simply *is* — a testament to the philosophy that true luxury is the absence of excess.
Three floors. Four bedrooms. One irreducible idea: that a home should not merely shelter you from nature, but bring you into dialogue with it.
You enter on the middle floor, and the world opens up.
A sweeping living space anchors the heart of the home — generous kitchen, elegant dining, a living area that flows without interruption toward the infinity pool and the horizon beyond. The south-facing terrace extends the life of the house outward: a barbecue for slow Sunday evenings, an outdoor lounge where conversations linger long after the sun goes down, and a pool that appears to spill directly into the sea.
The master suite sits on this floor too — because the best view should greet you first thing in the morning. A dressing area, private garden access, and an outdoor shower open to the sky complete a space that feels less like a bedroom and more like a private retreat within the retreat.
